Design & Images
Any designs created by wish printing for our customers remain our property and may not be used in any other form without our prior written consent.
It is the client’s responsibility to gain an authorisation to use any copyrighted material provided to us by customers.
We make sure that the designs listed on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However, the images that you see also depend on your monitors display and colour capabilities. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee that the images that you see are 100% accurate representation of the actual products.
We print your designs as they are submitted without checking on the shirts chosen by you. You are responsible to ensure your images are of high resolution and the shirts and the colours of shirts that you choose will satisfy your needs.
Our team will process your order as soon as possible (1-2 Days). We will send the orders as recorded delivery.
Orders placed outside of the UK may incur additional fees depending on your country’s customs regulations. Please be aware be responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs.
You can always cancel your order as long as we have not started to process it. Follow this link in the order confirmation to check to the status of the order. Important: If the order status is “pending” you can easily cancel the order.
At Wish Printing all of our personalised items are custom made to order meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure you check size, colours and spellings.
Wish Printing will only accept returns if the product is faulty or your instructions have not been followed. If you receive your item and it is faulty, damaged, or we have made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item.
We ask that you email us firstname.lastname@example.org with proof and we will be more than happy to help. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Faulty products must be returned within 14 days, in their original condition and accompanied with the proof of purchase. When we receive the faulty product and our specialists have checked its condition, we will issue a credit voucher towards your next order. Customer is responsible for the postage fee of returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Free Delivery to UK customers on order over £50 and International customers on order over £80. We will send the orders as recorded delivery.
